| Description: | Allstar is seeking experienced individuals to underwrite contract surety bonds submitted by existing agents/brokers, to market our bond products to new agents/brokers, and to establish new agent/broker relationships. This individual will be responsible for acheiving/surpassing production goals set by the company. |
| Qualifications: | BA/BS or Equivalent. Experience: 5+ years in Contract Surety Underwriting. Proven analytical ability to evaluate underwriting risks. Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills while dealing with agents/brokers and other professional organizations. Must be a team oriented individual. |
| Salary / Benefits: | Salary commensurate with experience and a Comprehensive Benefits Plan that includes the following: 401K, Dental, Life, Disability, Medical Insurance and Paid time-off. |
